Website delivery and hosting

When you request a page, your browser sends technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, time of access and browser information to the hosting infrastructure. This is needed to deliver the website and maintain its operation.

Cookies and analytics

Catalogue and information pages do not start a session or set server-side cookies. Purchase pages use necessary session and form-protection cookies to protect checkout requests and associate the Stripe return with your browser. No analytics, advertising pixels, external fonts, embedded videos or embedded TradingView charts are loaded. Chart images and fonts are served from this website.

Only if you explicitly save your privacy choice, a necessary preference cookie remembers it for 180 days. It stores the policy version, the necessary-only choice and a timestamp. It has no unique visitor ID. You can remove it through Cookie settings in the footer. See the cookie policy.

Email contact

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you send. For indicator activation this may include your TradingView username and order reference. We use these details to respond to your request and arrange the requested access. Do not send your password.

TradingView and external checkout

Invite-only activation requires us to use the TradingView username you supply to grant access on TradingView. Links to external websites open services governed by those providers’ own privacy information. Browsing the catalogue does not send data to Stripe. When you continue to checkout, our server creates a Stripe Checkout session for the selected product. Stripe collects your email, payment information and TradingView username on its payment page. We can view the payment and username in Stripe to arrange manual activation. Our server retrieves the payment status when you return; it does not receive your full card details. After a successful payment, we receive an internal purchase notification through Mailjet containing the indicator, purchase amount, TradingView username and a reference to the payment in Stripe. This helps us arrange manual activation. The website stores the Stripe checkout reference and notification delivery status to retry failed notifications and avoid duplicate processing; it does not store your TradingView username or email address in that delivery record.
